Argentinian TV Reporter Robbed at Qatar World Cup
A columnist from Argentina who got looted on air while revealing in Qatar on the FIFA World Cup 2022 and lost her cash and records that were in her satchel was stunned by the reaction of the police when she went to document her grievance.
Dominique Metzger, a female TV columnist was covering the world cup from the Corniche area of Doha during the development to the principal match of the competition. As indicated by Task Noticias (TN), the columnist said that the authorities had guaranteed that they would see as the suspect.
The Qatari authorities said that Metzger could pick the discipline for the guilty party. Metzger let the power source know that she recorded a protest at a neighborhood police headquarters following the episode and was stunned by the reaction she got.
Addressing Task Noticias (TN), she said that she was astounded to realize that she could pick the punishment for the supposed cheat.
"I had my little pack on me with everything that one requirements, my wallet, the keys to our lodging, a few napkins," she told a TN commentator.
'"Furthermore, you were moving, right?" the anchor asked the journalist.
"Indeed, I was hitting the dance floor with the group and I'm persuaded that it was at that point when somebody opened the pack zipper and took my wallet," Metzger answered.
